Intro Menu espresso did

Welcome! Let's take a quick tour of the EspressoDID portal's main menu. The menu is organized into several sections—HOME, ACCOUNT, STATS, SERVICES, TOOLS and SUPPORT—each giving you access to different features on the platform.

Clicking HOME brings you back to the main screen. From there you have quick access to call records, traffic aggregates, call graphics, DID orders, local number portability functions and your active DIDs list. Think of it as your dashboard; if you ever feel lost, the home page is a great place to start.

The ACCOUNT section contains your personal settings. Here you can update your e‑mail address, phone number and time zone, or change your login password. Keeping these details accurate ensures you receive the right notifications and keeps your account secure.

Under STATS you'll find three analytical tools. Call Records lets you pull detailed call logs filtered according to your preferences. Traffic Aggregates generates a summarized report of call logs per destination, again based on the filters you choose. Finally, Call Graphics offers visual representations of your traffic; this feature is available upon request.

The SERVICES section is where you manage your numbers. Active DIDs List provides a downloadable inventory of all DIDs currently active with Iristel. DID Orders lets you order new numbers and see the status of past requests. DID Disconnect & Routing Change allows you to disconnect numbers or change their routing profiles. Local Number Portability and Toll Free Port In give you tools to port in local and toll‑free numbers respectively. Finally, Routing Profiles lets you visualise and manage the profiles that control how your calls are routed.

In TOOLS you'll find utility functions. Find Local NPA‑NXX searches for rate centres local to a given centre or number. Request History shows all previous requests your user account has made. Download History gives you access to historical data about downloads performed by your user. These tools help you audit your actions and gather additional network information.

Finally, the SUPPORT section provides online contact forms to route your inquiries or concerns to the appropriate department within Iristel. Use this when you have questions or encounter issues that aren't addressed elsewhere in the portal.

Thank you for joining this demo. Here at Iristel we continue to look for ways to help improve and provide you with services that will impact your day to day, and we look forward to continuing to serve you in the future.
