This lesson covers the Admin profile inside the Ice Wireless in-store platform. You will learn how to manage dashboard orders, view order details including fees, taxes, and monthly amounts, provision SIM cards for pickup and online orders, and use the transaction report, contracts tab, and payment details for each order.

Hello everyone!
Let's begin the training modules for Admins
Dashboard Orders
Click on order item and then view the details the fees the taxes the monthly that amount that needs
to be paid.
We're gonna go back to the order now it's ready for pickup the remaining step is to provision a SIM card
This will be filtered by location for store inventories.
SIM card can be typed to match the SIM card or maybe even scanned by the store agent.
Let's just choose a random SIM card you have to submit it this is what the procurement team are doing now
For online orders when they do come in they will have to pick the SIM card that will need to ship and add
on to the order and change the status from ready to pick up to complete.
Once the customer gets the SIM that is it now the order is completed and service is created in Mind
POS. There will also be details here about the logistics of the order, the payment that was processed for the
order and the contracts tab that allows you to download the already signed contract or resend it.
Transaction reports
In the Dashboard Transactions Report section, you can access detailed reports on all transactions.
This section provides insights into sales performance, revenue trends, and other financial metrics.
Use the filters and date range selectors to customize the reports and gain a deeper understanding of your
business transactions.
Quick sale
The Dashboard Quick Sale feature allows you to process sales quickly and efficiently.
This section is designed for rapid transactions, enabling you to select products, apply discounts,
and complete sales with minimal steps.
It's perfect for high-traffic environments where speed is essential.
Dashboard Accounts
In the Dashboard Accounts section, manage all customer accounts and their associated details.
You can view account information, track account activity, and update customer profiles.
This section also provides tools for managing account statuses and handling customer inquiries.
Main Page
The Main Page serves as the central hub of the dashboard.
Here, you will find an overview of key metrics, recent activity, and quick links to various sections of the
dashboard.
Use this page to stay informed about the overall status of your operations and navigate to specific
areas for more detailed information.
Devices
In the Dashboard Device/Plan Management Device section, manage all devices associated with your service plans.
You can add, update, or remove devices, and view detailed information about each device, including
model, status, and compatibility with different plans.
Devices Brand
The Devices Brand subsection allows you to manage the brands of devices available in your inventory.
You can add new brands, update existing ones, and categorize devices by brand to streamline your inventory
management and sales processes.
Devices Operating System
The Devices OS subsection focuses on managing OS devices.
This section provides tools to handle OS-specific features and settings, ensuring that your inventory
of Apple devices is accurately represented and managed.
Wireless Plans
In the Plans section, you can manage the various service plans offered to customers.
This includes creating new plans, updating plan details, and configuring pricing and features.
The interface allows for easy comparison and adjustment of different plans to meet customer needs.
Promo campaign
The Promo Campaign subsection enables you to create and manage promotional campaigns.
You can set up discounts, special offers, and other marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
Monitor the performance of your campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Plan terms
The Plan Terms subsection allows you to define and manage the terms and conditions of your service plans.
Specify contract lengths, renewal policies, and other important details to ensure clear communication with
your customers.
Plan groups
In the Plan Groups subsection, organize your service plans into groups based on criteria such as target
audience or feature set.
This helps in managing and marketing plans more effectively, allowing customers to easily find the plans that best
suit their needs.
Plan attributes
The Plan Attributes subsection lets you manage the various attributes associated with your service plans.
Add or update features, benefits, and other details to provide a comprehensive overview of each plan's
offerings.
Device attributes
The Device Attributes subsection is where you manage specific attributes of devices, such as technical
specifications, features, and compatibility.

Additional charges
In the Additional Charges subsection, manage any extra fees or charges that may apply to your devices or
plans.

Postal code groups
The Postal Codes Groups subsection under Logistics allows you to manage delivery and service regions
based on postal codes.
Organize and update postal code groups to ensure efficient logistics and service coverage.
Blog posts
In the Blog Posts subsection of Blog Management, create and manage blog content.
Write new posts, edit existing ones, and categorize content to keep your blog updated and engaging for
your audience.
Blog tags
The Blog Tags subsection lets you manage tags associated with your blog posts.
Add, update, and organize tags to improve the discoverability and categorization of your content, enhancing the
user experience.
Coupons
The Coupons section enables you to create and manage discount coupons.
Set up new coupons, define discount terms, and track coupon usage to incentivize purchases and reward loyal
customers.
Store
In the Stores section, manage individual store locations.
Update store details, monitor performance, and handle administrative tasks to ensure each store operates
smoothly and meets customer expectations.
The Agents subsection allows you to manage the agents operating in your stores.
Add new agents, update their information, and track their performance to maintain a well-organized and
effective sales team.
The POS Logs subsection provides detailed logs of all point-of-sale transactions.

The Slider subsection lets you manage the image sliders displayed on your website or application.
